Started a new job in Brighton last week and I've been craving the French toast we serve. Too busy making coffees though so I decided to make some for myself this morning.
French cinnamon toast with a pan-fried banana, honey, fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of icing sugar. (Half drunk coffee on the side cause I couldn’t resist).

When I was younger, my mum would make us savoury french toast with eggs, cheese and ketchup for a quick lunch, and although I would still probably have that now, I definitely prefer the sweet version. Everything and anything french will sound good to me.

-oat milk

-1 banana
