Quite proud of these brioche buns. I am still a bit scared of working with dough and pastry but I really want to learn and get better at them so it is my aim to make and experiment as much as possible with it.
A couple of days ago I was gifted this beautiful pot of homemade damson jam so I thought it would be perfect to use it in a brioche bun.
I won't add the recipe on here just yet as I would like to work on it a bit more and perfect it before sharing.
