My favourite meals usually contain a variety of flavours and textures that I can use to make different combinations. Today's lunch consisted of three homemade dips: 1) caramelised onion fava 2) spicy smashed avocado with crumbled feta 3) sun-dried tomato hummus. I then made some little 2min flatbreads with literally 3 ingredients (flour, water, salt), I chopped up some spring greens which I sautéd with some lemon juice and of course I could not forget the carrot sticks and the olives. By the way, these are my Grandma's olives, brought all the way from Greece. I have been marinating them in lots of salt for the last month and they are now perfect to eat.
